Functional art inspired by life well-lived. This succinct phrase captures the essence of MFGR, but it also represents something much bigger - the promise we make to our customers, employees and ultimately to ourselves. We promise to fearlessly pursue creative satisfaction, whether choosing a line through the trees or welding a seam on a staircase. It's the reason we do what we do and live where we live. This deep seeded belief informs our use of steel and wood to create stunning, functional pieces of art that are designed to be a part of everyday life. This promise holds us accountable and challenges us to create perfection; to surpass expectations through attention to the smallest details and to build products that tell a story much bigger than our own.
Just because we look like ski bums, doesn't mean we are. Okay - we are, but we also make rad stuff.
Refusing to confine ourselves to the traditional rules of design, we consider ourselves one-of-a-kind, blurring the lines between being an architecture firm, design house, landscape architects and artists.

MEET THE FOUNDER -
PETE COSTANTI
Pete Costanti is the founder of MFGR and believes whole heartedly in creating a work environment that encourages employees to pursue their passions and creative concepts.
LANE FERRIS
Lane has almost been here since the beginning and is part owner of MFGR. His nickname around the shop is the "Lane Train" because he's just solid and always moving forward. He's involved in every project. His design aesthetic is reflective of him, driven, soft, kind and smart. His design abilities and how he works with clients is beyond reproach. He's quiet by nature, but his brain is clicking on wavelengths that we're not. In technical worlds, rendering things, and what he brings to the table is priceless. Without him, MFGR would be a completely different thing.
RILEY MCDONALD
Riley looks at the world in a different, refreshing way. You can be stuck in a ditch thinking about something in a certain way and Riley will appear and just say one thing to make you rethink everything, how you're looking at the problem. Super smart with the education resume to back it, his skills on the computer, and shop contributions are invaluable. Without his sense of humor, the workplace would definitely be a lot more boring. But, it's just refreshing how he looks at the world so differently.
MCKENZIE BURNS
She's awesome because she's fearless. You can put her in anything and she'll jump right in. She brings a lot of architecture experience, but we are most excited about her fearless attitude, which is necessary at MFGR. A lot of the time you get thrown in the weeds and you have to figure it out, and she does really well with that. But, we can also take her from the computer and put her in the shop and she'll crush it as a woodworker or furniture maker. She's smart and her diverse skills are key.
DOUG MOFFET
Relatively new to the team, the Wolf gets things done. He's an old wall street guy. He's the father figure in the house that keeps everyone in line, everything in check and keeps things moving clean and efficient. We'd definitely be a bunch of high school punks with no direction without him.
DANIEL WHITSON
Daniel is a priceless pillar to MFGR. He's turned us around. In the two years he's been with us, he's changed our whole game. He knows everything in the shop. How the machines operate, how they're supposed to look. He's the calm in the frustrating world of furniture making. No matter the project, the time crunch, he's always out there cool as a cucumber all the time, willing to do what needs to be done to get finished. He's an awesome family man, has a great wife and three kids, and makes sure his family is getting out doing fun stuff. He works his ass off for his family. Daniel is a just a priceless dude, he's that guy.
CHRIS MCINTOSH
He's the quiet guy, headphones in, just working away. A head down, get stuff done kind of dude. His attention to detail and perfection regarding woodworking is very impressive.
CHAD ALLEN
Chad is the Swiss Army Knife. He has a Civil Engineering degree. So, he has a very technical background. We can literally throw him into anything. He comes to work not knowing what he's going to be doing that day, but knocks it out of the park every day. Landscaping, welding, woodwork, installs, or whatever you throw at him. There are always a ton of little jobs that not only need to be done, but need to be done well and Chad is the guy that kills it every time. He's fantastic.
GRANT ADAMS
A self-described dabbler, multi-hobby human. From welding and wood working, to crocheting, drawing and sculpture he is curious about it all.
RILEY 'ROD' MCDONOUGH
Rod is our welder and fabricator. He is a quiet soul, after his interview I wasn't even sure he wanted the job. I didn't know if he was interested. I finally just had to ask him "is this something you want to do?" and he said "Oh ya, I'm into this." So, I told him he had the job. He had a fire in him and he's still this easy going personality, but he works hard and his growth is exponentially better than so many I've worked with in the past. Rod is a true diamond in the rough.
